Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, you will strengthen our team as either a Consultant (m/f), Senior Consultant (m/f), Manager (m/f) or Senior Manager (m/f).

Provided you have already gained a profound level of relevant experience, in particular in the financial services sector we decide individually on the level you begin at. If you are interested in trying out consulting for the first time, we also offer internship positions.

Our selection process comprises personal interviews, in which candidates will be expected to tackle various case examples. For this, having relevant background experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. It’s more important that you demonstrate a structured problem solving approach, creativity, good business acumen and ask the right questions.
